Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Bradfordville Animal Hospital recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of our clients and our patients.

We consider the person(s) on the pet's medical account as the owner. As an owner, please be sure to include and update ALL persons that should have access to your pet's medical records. If they are not listed as an owner or alternate contact, we will not disclose any information to them. Pet owners must contact our facility in order for us to share any information, as in the case of transferring a copy of your pets medical record to another facility. Other than routine vaccination information, no personal client information will be released without your express consent.

Please be aware this includes releasing any information in the event your pet becomes lost. The best protection for lost pets is a microchip, collar and ID tag. We routinely scan pets for a chip when they are found, and make every effort to track down the owner. In case the foundling is a patient at our clinic, we will board the pet until the owner can retrieve it.

If an owner does not contact us authorizing the disclosure of information to a third party, we will refrain from answering any questions.
